Cex Customer Service Is Changing

As of 13th July 2008, Customer Services have moved from a call centre operation to a web-based emailing service called WeCare.

Due to the nature of the company, CeX believes that a web-based service would be more beneficial for our customer base.

All enquiries will now filter to the correct departments, ensuring that a rapid and accurate response is delivered.
